  • At Saurabh’s Babycare, we are committed to delivering premium nanny services, professional childcare consultation, and trusted babycare solutions with the highest standards of excellence.
    • Booking fees are strictly non-refundable, as they cover the confirmation of your booking. 
    • Refund timelines are fixed and non-negotiable, in line with our internal verification, operational processes, and administrative protocols. 
    • Refund eligibility is determined based on the specific services availed, along with full compliance with the agreed terms and conditions discussed during the consultation process. 
    • All refund requests are carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with approvals subject to our internal quality and compliance checks. 
    • Please note that any service charges may be governed by separate service-specific terms, which are clearly communicated at the time of your consultation. 

    We value transparency, professionalism, and trust, ensuring a seamless experience for every family choosing our luxury babycare and nanny services. In the event a client wishes to discontinue the service, a prior notice must be provided to our office team to ensure a smooth and structured contract closure process.   • Unlimited replacements are offered where applicable and as per the agreed service terms.
  • Replacements are arranged based on caregiver availability, suitability, and verification, not on fixed or emergency timelines.
  • Adequate time is required to reassess updated requirements and source a suitable professional.

Prior Notice for Caregiver Replacement

At Saurabh’s Babycare, we believe in delivering premium childcare services, backed by structure, care, and professionalism. Clients are requested to provide advance notice for nanny replacement requests to ensure a seamless transition.

Upon receiving your request, our team promptly initiates the process to identify a verified nanny, ensuring the next caregiver aligns perfectly with your child’s needs and your family’s expectations. Replacement timelines may vary based on caregiver availability, role requirements, and location-specific demand.

Important Considerations

  • Immediate nanny replacement services or strictly time-bound replacements cannot be guaranteed, as we prioritise quality over urgency.
  • Every caregiver is assigned based on background verification, experience level, and role suitability.
  • All replacement services strictly follow our child safety protocols, hygiene standards, and trusted nanny verification process.
