1. Brand Rights & Service Discretion
Saurabh’s Babycare reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services at its sole discretion if any situation may compromise our luxury service standards, child safety protocols, staff well-being, or brand reputation. Our priority remains maintaining a secure, respectful, and high-quality childcare environment.
2. Payment Policy (Premium Childcare Services)
- A Booking fee (starting from ₹8,000 or as applicable) is required to initiate services.
- All consultation and onboarding fees are non-refundable, ensuring dedicated time and expert childcare guidance.
- We accept secure payment methods including bank transfers, UPI, and approved digital payment platforms.
- Full or partial advance payments may be required depending on the customized childcare plan.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Booking cancellations must be communicated within the pre-defined notice period shared during onboarding.
- Booking fees remain non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) for service fees will be processed based on the agreed contractual terms.
- Late cancellations may incur applicable charges to maintain service integrity and staff commitment.
4. Scope of Services (Luxury Nanny & Babysitting Services)
Our services include:
- Professional nanny services (live-in / full-time / part-time)
- Babysitting services for infants and toddlers
- Travel nanny services for domestic & international requirements
- Newborn care specialists and childcare consultation services
Working hours may vary based on requirements:
- Hourly / shift-based / 24×7 / live-in arrangements, customized for each family.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure exceptional childcare service delivery:
- Clients must provide a safe, hygienic, and respectful working environment.
- The assigned staff’s responsibilities must strictly align with the agreed childcare scope.
- Any additional duties beyond childcare must be pre-approved by Saurabh’s Babycare management.
6. Staff Protection & Ethical Standards
- We maintain strict policies against staff exploitation, overworking, or role misuse.
- All caregivers must be treated with professional respect, dignity, and fairness.
- Any violation may result in immediate termination of services without notice.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy Assurance
- We uphold complete confidentiality for high-profile families and clients.
- Sharing of client details, staff information, or personal data without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- Our services are designed for families who value privacy, discretion, and trust in childcare.
8. Termination Clause
Saurabh’s Babycare reserves the right to immediately terminate services in case of:
- Breach of agreed terms
- Unsafe working conditions
- Disrespectful or unethical behavior
- Any situation impacting child safety, staff welfare, or brand integrity
9. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kochi, ensuring a clear and structured legal framework for service agreements.
