The consultation fee—whether ₹5,000, ₹8,000, or ₹15,000—is not a random charge. It is a planned investment in delivering the right caregiver for your family, with quality, care, and responsibility at the centre of the process.
This amount is used to support a consultation-led sourcing process, where caregivers are identified through trusted and professional channels, including premium hiring platforms and internal networks. These efforts allow us to carefully source, screen, and shortlist educated, experienced, hygienic, and reliable caregivers who meet the specific needs of your household.
Most importantly, the consultation fee is fully adjustable against the first month’s payment once a caregiver is finalised. It is not a commission, processing fee, or service charge, as commonly seen with placement agencies. Instead, it acts as a formal booking confirmation, allowing us to begin a dedicated and personalised process exclusively for your requirement.
