Eligibility & Requirements
Basic Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum age as per applicable labour norms
- Relevant qualification or professional training for the applied role
- Prior experience in childcare, nursing, education, or assisted care (preferred)
- Education qualification from a reputed university/college
These criteria help ensure caregivers are prepared to handle responsibility with professionalism.
Mandatory Documentation
To verify identity and credentials, the following documents are required:
- Valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar card mandatory)
- Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the applicant’s state of origin
- Educational certificates and proof of experience
- Updated resume with complete personal and professional details
- Educational certificates, proof of experience and any previous and credible references.
Incomplete documentation may result in disqualification.
Medical Fitness Requirements
Medical fitness is essential for caregiving roles.
- Medical fitness certificate is mandatory
- Additional medical tests may be required based on the role or client request
- Special focus on health screening for newborn care and special-needs caregiving
Professional Conduct & Ethics
Caregivers must demonstrate high professional standards at all times, including:
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Complete respect for client privacy and confidentiality
- No photography, recordings, or social media usage at the client’s premises
- Ability to work respectfully within premium and private household environments
- Screen time is not permitted to ensure a healthy and distraction-free environment.
Professional conduct is closely monitored and strictly enforced.
Placement Conditions
Caregiver placements are based on client needs and operational feasibility:
- Most roles are full-time and live-in
- Select part-time or day roles may be available in specific locations like Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kochi
There is no guarantee of immediate placement.
Verification & Final Approval
- Background verification is mandatory for all applicants
- Final approval is subject to internal screening and client confirmation
- Only verified and approved caregivers are assigned to families
