Police Clearance & Background Verification

We collect a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the caregiver’s state of origin, whether from the North East, Delhi, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, or any other region of India.

In addition to PCC, detailed background verification is conducted to assess:

  • Reliability and integrity
  • Professional suitability
  • Experience in childcare or assisted care roles

This process ensures that every caregiver meets the ethical and safety standards required for working with children and families.

Identity & Documentation Verification

To maintain transparency and authenticity, we verify all personal and professional documents.

Verification includes:

  • Aadhaar card and valid government-issued ID
  • Address verification
  • Identity confirmation
  • Clear documentation of qualifications and experience

All verified credentials are clearly mentioned in the caregiver’s professional resume.

Medical Fitness & Health Screening

Medical fitness checks are conducted as per client requirements, especially for:

  • Newborn and infant care
  • Special-needs care
  • Medical and assisted care roles

Health screenings help ensure caregivers are physically fit, hygienic, and capable of handling sensitive caregiving responsibilities.

Confidential Resume Sharing

Families receive WhatsApp-friendly professional resumes containing verified caregiver details. All resumes are shared strictly on a confidential basis, with information disclosed only as required and in line with privacy expectations.

Client Privacy & Discretion
